Zinkensäge "Ultimative Edition" - Dovetail Saw "Ultimate Edition"

Eine sehr spezielle Zinkensäge. Blatt und Rücken verjüngen sich leicht nach vorne, der Griff ist poliert, wie es nur mit Ebenholz möglich ist. Das Holz selbst ist poliert, nachdem es einen Auftrag pigmentiertes Mohnöl erhielt (kein weiteres Finish). Der Zeitaufwand für einen so gearbeiteten Griff ist mehr als doppelt so hoch wie für einen herkömmlich gefinishten Griff.

Der ovale Rücken (Tiefe hinten 18 mm, vorne 16 mm) sorgt für sehr ausgewogene Sägeeigenschaften.

A very special Dovetail Saw. Blade and spine are tapered, the handle is polished as it will be possible only with Ebony. The wood got only a coat of pigmented poppy oil and was polished itself (no more other finish). The amount of time to make such a handle is more than twice compared to our other open handles.

The oval spine (depth at the toe 16 mm, at the heel 18mm) gives nice balance while sawing.
